Navigation:  Software Configuration Tab > General Configuration > Add Stock Checks

The Stock Check module that is launched from the "Warehouse Staff" tab depends on you defining Stock Check records here. If you do stock checks bi-annually you would create two entries here per year, selecting the appropriate one when you work in the Stock Check module.

 

 

 

NOTE: You may still perform stock checks without a stock check being set to active. The Active checkbox allows users prepping and checking out equipment for orders to be prompted to count these units as counted towards the active stock check.
