
The Software Configuration tab provides a gateway to a variety of functions. Access to many of these functions may be restricted based on your user permissions.
The modules located here include:
| • | The General Configuration - This access may be restricted to General Administrators and provides configuration and setup to many parts of the HireTrack NX program |
| • | My HireTrack - Each user needs to configure their personal information here, include name, phone numbers and most importantly, email settings to be able to send and receive emails within HireTrack. |
| • | Report Builder Configuration - This module provides the configuration settings to "link" a report to the database in HireTrack. It's primary purpose is record selection so you make sure you are selecting the correct data when generate a printed form or export data from HireTrack NX |
| • | Reporting Miscellaneous - The module used to organize and sort the menu for reports, as well as a place to backup and restore all of your reports. |
| • | Searches QBE - The module is used to create queries and searches that are used throughout the program. |
| • | Integration QBE - The module is used to create queries and searches that are used to connect to programs like Sage® Accounting UK and Zapier. |
| • | Extensions QBE - The module is used to create queries and searches that are used to provide additional information to gantt charts and planners. |
