Software Configuration Tab

The Software Configuration tab provides a gateway to a variety of functions. Access to many of these functions may be restricted based on your user permissions.

 

The modules located here include:

The General Configuration - This access may be restricted to General Administrators and provides configuration and setup to many parts of the HireTrack NX program
My HireTrack - Each user needs to configure their personal information here, include name, phone numbers and most importantly, email settings to be able to send and receive emails within HireTrack.
Report Builder Configuration - This module provides the configuration settings to "link" a report to the database in HireTrack. It's primary purpose is record selection so you make sure you are selecting the correct data when generate a printed form or export data from HireTrack NX
Reporting Miscellaneous - The module used to organize and sort the menu for reports, as well as a place to backup and restore all of your reports.
Searches QBE - The module is used to create queries and searches that are used throughout the program.
Integration QBE - The module is used to create queries and searches that are used to connect to programs like Sage® Accounting UK and Zapier.
Extensions QBE - The module is used to create queries and searches that are used to provide additional information to gantt charts and planners.
