As well as the ability to send emails out from HireTrack NX, it is also possible to receive incoming emails and automatically match them to Jobs, Projects, Leads or People.
 
Once configured, HireTrack NX will scan a user's incoming IMAP mail service, checking whether emails relate to a HireTrack NX object or not. Emails that match will automatically be assigned to that object, but any email can be manually assigned too.
