The Enhanced crewing provides a familiar ‘Spreadsheet’ type editor utilizing the standard spreadsheet controls like drag fill, copy, paste and multiple cell selecting allow the fastest possible way to provision crewing for the job.
The system is based around a cell being a shift – with each shift offering detailed breakdowns for Crew Pay, Crew Charges, Expenses and Accommodation options.
The spreadsheet layout is further enhanced by adding inbuilt editors for shift related information such as crew positions, crew selection, contact management and ordering.
Whilst each job can be handled through its own interface in the job book, A global editor is available that allows the booking of crew across multiple jobs and the ability to see what work is outstanding for each job.
In addition, a Calendar style display is provided to view a personal perspective for jobs and tasks.
