Production Bureau

Production Bureau is a UK based Marketing Communications company, focusing on Live Events and Exhibitions and are involved on an international level in both public and private sector events. Within a few years of being established in 1989, the company began to look towards replacing their in-house Access data-base system and researched various rental management software packages. Improving our efficiency was a top priority, as was coming within budget, in 2003, Production Bureau bought HireTrack.

Since then the company has expanded hugely and now has 48 members of staff. With the expansion, came the opportunity to develop a micro site in Scotland. The multi-site facility within HireTrack has enabled Production Bureau to provide a more efficient service to their Scottish clients. Transport costs, for example have reduced significantly as equipment can now be booked and shipped directly from the warehouse in Edinburgh.

Much of Production Bureau's core business comes from word of mouth as well as their reputation within the industry. A notable part of their repeat business is as a direct result of providing exactly what their clients want. HireTrack is the tool that enables them to do this. The flexibility of the software is essential in allowing for last minute job changes to be made or very specific requests by clients.

As one of the UK's most respected Events management companies, Production Bureau have invested heavily in HireTrack and are now looking forward to running the recently launched HireTrack NX to help them to keep 'delivering great ideas.'
